please follow these instructions to allow me to access your computer.
1. Get the AnyDesk client by clicking here: https://anydesk.com/download
a. If you're on a PC, click "RUN" not "Download". If it downloads anyway, run the program once it's finished downloading.
b. If you're on a Mac, click on the download after it's complete. Then, double click the AnyDesk program. DON'T copy it to your application folder.
You may be asked to provide an administrator password or to authorize access a number of times during this process. It's OK.
2. When the program opens you will see an Any-Desk Address.
3. Provide me with the address.
4. Once I connect to your computer, you will see an AnyDesk pop-up that asks your permission for me to "take control" and "use clipboard". Click Accept.
5. I now have control of your system and you can see what I'm doing.
6. Once we're done, close the application. If you're on a PC, skip to step 9.
7. Mac users should throw the downloaded file in the trash.
8. Empty the trash.
9. Now no one will be able to access your system through AnyDesk (even me) until you go through these steps again.
